HRH Chief Ross Silvey (Absolute Monarch of Stz'uminus Nation) is called to Duncan Court on Tuesday (18TH)
The RCMP - in arresting and fining HRH Silvey - is advised by HRH Silvey that EIIR Canada, et al, has breached both HRH Silvey Stz'uminus law and the UN Charter, Chapter VII.
UN Charter, Chapter VII is the initial responsibility of the United Nations Security Council.
Chapter VII provides that it is a breach when a member of the UN - i.e., Canada & Britain - enters (trespasses) a foreign territory without UNSC approval, that this said action is then defined as a Hostile Military Action; and, is then subject to UNSC Sanctions penalty.
Additionally, the UNSC can instruct the UN Provost Marshal to intercede to regain peace and security of this invaded territory.
